Sedan Soft Goat grundades för drygt 1 år sedan har vi tillsammans med våra kunder skänkt 125 st getter till behövande familjer i Afrika! Vi och Barnfonden vill tacka alla som har handlat hos oss för detta!

Soft Goat skänker 10 kr per såld tröja till Barnfondens gåvoprojekt ”skänk en get” som riktar sig till ensamstående kvinnor i Zambia. Varje familj i projektet får fyra getter för att starta en getuppfödning – vi bekostar en av getterna. Getterna ger barnen viktig näring genom mjölken och killingarna kan så småningom säljas på den lokala marknaden. En get kostar 350 kr och vi redovisar kontinuerligt hur många getter som skänks via Soft Goat.

Soft Goat in Nepal!

Last week we visited Nepal and Kathmandu to see our factory and samples for AW12 and SS13! Stephanie and Peter from Soft Goat and Malin and Elsa from by Malina had 5 amazing days with lots of fun and experiences that will be remembered for life!

60 getter i december!

Skänker ni en get, så skänker vi en get löd kampanjen! Tillsammans har vi nu skänkt hela 60 getter i december till behövande familjer i Afrika. Vi och Barnfonden tackar alla våra kunder som har gjort detta möjligt! Under året som har gått har vi totalt skänkt 106 getter och därmed bidragit till en drägligare tillvaro för många behövande. En bättre julklapp kan vi inte önska oss!

Since we started in late March we have donated 22 goats to families in Zambia, Africa. We are very proud and happy about our collaboration with Barnfonden and their "Give a Goat" Project! Read more about our work here.

Soft Goat at Sea

Last weekend Erik went sailing in the Baltic Sea. Soft Goat cashmere proved to be the perfect garment for some chilly night sailing between Visby and Gotska Sandön.

A couple of hours later it was pitch dark and we were sailing under the stars in rough seas. Erik's Cable Knit kept him warm througout the night.

Erik made his first Korv Stroganoff while the boat was rolling on the waves. It turned out pretty good. A bit to spicy according to some of the crew members.

Soft Goat gave 4 goats to needing families for the month of July. In total, we have donated 18 goats since we started in late March, which means that we have helped 18 families to get a better life, and that feels great! Go Soft Goat!

Yesterday evening we were out fishing mackerel! Stephanie had a Soft Goat Hoodie in Lilac on, perfect for chilly nights.

We got seven mackerels and had them for lunch today! Yummy!

12 goats to families in Africa

In May, we donated five goats to families in Africa. Since we started about two months ago, we donated 12 goats and therefore helped 12 families to get a better life!

3 goats to needing families in Africa

10 SEK per sold product goes directly to the Swedish charity organisation Barnfonden and their "Give a Goat" project. For the month of April we gave 3 goats to needing families in Zambia.

Each family in the project gets four goats to start a goat farm - we pay for one of the goats. The goats give children vital nutrients through the milk and the goat kids can eventually be sold in the local market. But first, another family in the village who are waiting for their turn are given four kids!
