This happens next:
1. Our customer care team will send you a pre paid way bill to the email address that you have stated in the form. Use this when you send the garment to us.
2. After Soft Goat has received the garment, an estimate of the damages will be made. An email with the estimate will be sent to your email address. If you have chosen recondition your garment customer service will inform on how to pay for the service.
3. When the reparation is done, Soft Goat will send the garment back to you.
